Key responsibilities include:
* Providing timely and effective support to customers regarding complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical equipment.
* Representing the company to customers and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our services.
* Coordinating actions with customers to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
* Preparing detailed reports on customer support activities and documenting recurring issues.
* Collaborating with technical support teams, engineering, and manufacturing to improve equipment reliability and maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
* Strong practical skills in electronic, electrical, pneumatic, optical, and fine mechanical assemblies.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good presentation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
* Level 7/8 degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Previous experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
* Availability for occasional travel to other European sites and extensive training periods in the USA or Asia.
