We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Associate Engineer. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of engineering projects across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating delivery of engineering projects to time and budget
* Ensuring high standards of technical quality and compliance with management systems
* Production of engineering designs, assessments and checking others' work
* Supervising a team of engineers and technicians, mentoring and developing less experienced engineers
Requirements
* Achieved Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) status with experience working on multi-disciplinary projects
* Experience in railway design and build environment or highways drainage design, including understanding engineering interdependencies
* Evidence of undertaking previous CRE(Drainage) roles under the Engineering Management for Project standard
* Skilled analytical ability and solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and current design standards
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with the design team, clients and contractors
* Good team leadership skills with the ability to support, mentor and develop less experienced engineers
