Job Type Contract - Fixed Term Category Location Naas Road, Dublin City, County Dublin, Ireland Job Details Role Title: Administrator Role Location: Naas Rd A one-year fixed term contract position has arisen within Vhi for an administrator role, to provide excellent administration and secretarial support to the Clinical and Non-Clinical Members of Vhi and Vhi Midwife Support Service.
Benefits: Excellent company Pension Health Insurance Death in service Hybrid working environment Income Protection Role Purpose Deal with all customer queries and referrals in a timely and professional manner, communicating the need for any follow up to appropriate members of the clinical/management teams.
Process claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Be responsible for maintaining and where necessary updating employee records.
Ensure all mandatory training is complete and up to date for all teams within & MSS Co-ordinate the nursing and medical rotas/duties.
Co-ordinate the allocation of clients to the midwives for monthly registrations.
Ensure Vhi and Vhi Midwife Support Service's databases are accurate, complete and only available to authorised personnel in line with company policy.
Be responsible for keeping patient records both written and electronic secure and in line with company policy and legislative requirements.
Payroll submissions monthly for unsocial hours/Locum hours.
Monitor all types of Leave for team and Midwife support team.
Education & Experience An aptitude or previous experience in a medical environment.
Excellent administrative skills.
Excellent IT Skills.
Demonstrated alignment to Vhi values.
Skills and Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prioritising and organisational skills is essential.
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
Team player qualities.
