Job Title: Demolition Site Specialist
The role of the Demolition Site Specialist is to oversee the safe and efficient dismantling of structures on demolition projects. This involves ensuring that all site safety procedures are adhered to, and collaborating with site management to deliver projects on time and within compliance standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Operate long reach demolition excavators to dismantle buildings and structures in line with project plans.
* Conduct regular inspections, routine maintenance, and report any mechanical issues to site management.
* Follow method statements, risk assessments, and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
* Work closely with demolition supervisors and ground crew to ensure controlled operations.
* Segregate, move, and load demolition waste materials for recycling and disposal.
* Maintain accurate logs of machine usage, inspections, and work completed.
* Identify potential hazards and escalate safety concerns immediately.
* Assist in general site duties when required to support project delivery.
