The Royal Marine Hotel is seeking a warm, organised and guestfocused Spa Health Club Receptionist to join our sansanaSPA and The Pier Health Club team.
This role is essential in creating the first impression of our wellness facilities and ensuring every guest and member feels cared for from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities Provide a welcoming, professional and personalised greeting to all guests and members.
Manage daily check-ins, bookings, schedules and payments with accuracy.
Offer detailed information on spa treatments, therapists, wellness services and health club facilities.
Maintain a calm, polished and relaxing atmosphere at the reception desk.
Handle guest queries and feedback with discretion and excellent service recovery.
Coordinate closely with therapists and fitness instructors to ensure smooth daily operation.
Keep the reception area clean, organised and reflective of Royal Marine Hotel standards.
Requirements Previous experience in spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Confident using booking software and point-of-sale systems.
Professional, courteous and well-presented at all times.
Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods.
Enthusiasm for wellness, guest care and delivering exceptional experiences.
