Contribute to service readiness: runbooks, support flows, and Knowledge Base articles; ensure smooth transition to BAU.
Investigate incidents and service requests in test environments; retain ownership through to resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
Create concise user guides and how-to materials; deliver or coordinate training as needed.
Feed continuous improvement ideas and data-driven insights into the backlog; track benefits post go-live.
Pragmatic, ethical use of AI to speed up analysis and documentation while maintaining human oversight.
