The role offers involvement in large-scale residential schemes from early stages through to completion, providing strong exposure and long-term career stability within a well-structured commercial team.
Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of residential construction projects.
Prepare and oversee project budgets, cost plans, and financial reporting.
Procure and manage subcontractor packages.
Prepare and assess interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Monitor project costs and ensure accurate forecasting.
Work closely with site teams and project managers to maintain cost control.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Requirements Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
36 years experience in a QS role within a contractor environment.
Strong experience on residential construction projects is desirable.
Good understanding of commercial management and contract administration.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and manage responsibilities effectively.
Package Salary: €65,000 €80,000 DOE.
Full-time, permanent position based in Dublin City Centre.
