Care and Support Specialist
The Care and Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in daily activities and routines, providing direct support to individuals, executing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth household operations.
Responsibilities:
* Support with child/adult activities and care as assigned by the Manager.
* Foster recognition of the individual and their family's needs and comforts.
* Act as an advocate for the child/adult and family, ensuring provision of appropriate information and support.
Requirements:
* Possession of relevant QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification or equivalent.
* Minimum of one year experience in a similar environment supporting adults or children with intellectual and physical disabilities.
* Full manual driver's license and eligibility to drive in Ireland.
