With a strong reputation for service and technical support, we are now looking to recruit aCounter Salespersonto join our busy Dublin branch. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys working in a practical, fast-paced environment. The Role You will be a key point of contact for our customers, responsible for: Serving customers at the trade counter Handling inbound phone calls and email enquiries Processing orders and quotations Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch Assisting customers with BOC gas products and accounts Supporting the team with general warehouse and branch duties Providing friendly, reliable customer service at all times What Were Looking For Experience in a trade counter, builders merchant, engineering, or industrial supplies environment (preferred, but not essential) Good communication and organisational skills Comfortable using computers, email, and order systems A practical, can-do attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a small, close-knit team Interest in welding, fabrication, or engineering products is an advantage What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Stable, long-term role in a growing business Full training on products and systems Friendly, supportive working environment Opportunity to build a career in the engineering supplies industry
