* Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and implement improvements.
* Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
* At least 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
* Able to organize, motivate, and understand people.
* Skill in writing clear and concise reports.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in computer skills.
