Operations Excellence Lead
This role is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and performance.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop key process improvement projects aligned with strategic goals.
* Analyse and identify process improvement opportunities through staff and stakeholder engagement.
* Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Working Instructions (WIs) and process flows for all existing processes.
* Ensure measurement and analysis of data are incorporated into all improvement projects.
* Apply change management tools and techniques to maintain business improvements.
* Lead continuous improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
* Facilitate cross-functional projects to map current processes and design future-state solutions.
* Manage day-to-day communications to support teams in delivering improvement projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
* Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).
* Proven track record in process improvement, operations, and quality management.
* Experience in managing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to influence and lead change across all levels.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis and performance dashboards.
