This role is for a Virtual Assistant – Data Entry who provides remote support by accurately managing, updating, and maintaining digital data across various systems and platforms. In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring that information is organized, consistent, and readily available to support daily operations, reporting, and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include entering data from multiple sources such as emails, online forms, scanned documents, spreadsheets, and internal records into designated databases or software systems. You will review and verify information for accuracy, completeness, and formatting, identifying discrepancies and correcting errors in accordance with established guidelines.
You will regularly update existing records, organize digital files and folders, and maintain structured datasets that support efficient workflows. Assisting with data cleanup projects, standardizing entries, formatting spreadsheets, and applying data quality rules are essential parts of the role.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will support administrative and operational processes remotely, responding to data-related requests, tracking updates, and ensuring tasks are completed on time. Handling confidential and sensitive information responsibly is critical, and strict adherence to data privacy and security standards is required.
