Digital Managed Services Role
As a Digital Managed Services professional, you will lead our teams in delivering world-class services to the Life Sciences and FMCG sectors. You will oversee multiple managed services agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and service quality.
Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business objectives. You will coordinate with cross-functional disciplinary teams to align services with client expectations and company standards.
You are responsible for monitoring service performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement strategies across managed services agreements. Additionally, you will manage contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions with clients.
