Energy Upgrade Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced energy upgrade project manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Ireland's energy transformation by managing projects that create cleaner, greener, future-proofed homes.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing home energy assessments, SEAI grant applications, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice to homeowners and businesses on home energy assessments, SEAI grant applications, and project management.
* Act as the point of contact and project manager for clients during energy upgrade projects, ensuring smooth progress from initial consultation to completion.
* Advise on grants available for multiple home upgrade areas.
* Conduct site visits, including accessing attics and other high areas as needed.
Territory:
The role covers Kerry, Limerick, and Cork and will involve frequent fieldwork to meet clients and oversee projects.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of construction practices, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
* A proactive, customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces such as attics.
* Self-motivation and adaptability to manage multiple projects effectively.
