The Role
You will advise on a broad range of Irish and EU regulatory matters, including:
Financial services regulation (MiFID II, CRD, AML, sanctions, market abuse).
FinTech, payments, e-money and cryptoassets (PSD2, MiCAR, DORA).
Regulatory change projects and ongoing compliance programmes.
Central Bank of Ireland fitness & probity and individual accountability regimes.
Financial institution M&A and regulatory structuring.
Data protection and regulatory governance matters.
You will work directly with clients, support complex cross-border mandates, and play an active role in business development and practice growth.
The Person
Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in financial regulation, banking, asset management or regulatory advisory.
Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills.
Comfortable managing matters independently and engaging directly with clients.
Interested in FinTech, regulatory change and developing a trusted advisor profile.
