Job Role: Community Facilitator

The role of the Community Facilitator is to work collaboratively with individuals supported by Boyle Adult Services to develop and implement educational, social, vocational, recreational, and personal development goals.

The successful candidate will take a lead in the day-to-day coordination of the service and have responsibility for key worker roles for people supported by the services.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a QQI Level 6 qualification relevant to the Social Care sector, Therapy Assistant, Community Development, Creative Digital Media, Creative Arts, or Arts and Design.

Experience in designing and implementing programs to enable individuals to carry out successfully the duties of the post is desirable.

Training will be provided, including assistance towards obtaining a Class D1 Driving Licence.

This position requires strong team working skills, creativity, positivity, and enthusiasm.

Working Hours: 70-64 hours per fortnight, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work required.
">
Annual Leave: 22 days per annum (pro-rata for part-time).
">
Remuneration: Based on Department of Health Instructor/Supervisor salary scales, with incremental credit granted subject to satisfactory verification of previous public sector service.
