Bookkeeper / Administration Admin- Dublin 2
I'm working with an Irish company based in
Dublin 2
that's making waves in the data and sales intelligence space.
They're now looking for an experienced
Bookkeeper / Administration Admin
to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations and help keep things running smoothly across the business.
It's a hands-on role with plenty of variety - perfect for someone who enjoys balancing the books while keeping the wheels of a growing business turning.
What's involved:
* Managing AP/AR and VAT returns
* Bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records in Xero
* Liaising with external accountants
* Overseeing admin and office functions
* Supporting operations, procurement, and supplier management
What they're looking for:
* Proven bookkeeping/accounting admin experience (ideally in an SME)
* Strong Xero skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* A proactive approach and ability to work independently
Nice to have:
* Experience in a dual finance/admin or tech/start-up environment
