Your Key Responsibilities
* Analyse user profiles, videos, images, and text-based content to ensure they align with community standards.
* Investigate and resolve issues related to reported or flagged content in a timely and professional manner.
* Engage with users through responsive communication, providing accurate and efficient support.
* Stay up-to-date with evolving policies, guidelines, and community standards to deliver high-quality results.
* Meet productivity targets while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Fluency in Hebrew and English languages.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to drive results.
* A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in a professional setting is beneficial, but not essential.
