Job Summary
We are seeking Automation Engineers to join the Client site support project activities related to Commissioning.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Generating and modifying Functional Specifications, Design, and Test Specifications for both Procedural and Physical Layers.
2. Configuring and Testing Recipes, Phases, Equipment Modules, Control Logic, and Interlock Schemes based on Design and Test Specifications.
3. Reviewing Design and Test Specifications in collaboration with the customer.
4. Participating in Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification (SAT) at the client site as part of a team.
5. Supporting Automation Projects through Coding, Design, and Testing.
6. Providing support for on-site DeltaV Systems.
7. Initiating, implementing, and qualifying site changes.
8. Providing out-of-hours on-call automation support.
9. Being a member of the onsite shift support team.
10. Coordinating tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
11. Demonstrating an understanding of all project lifecycle phases and tasks.
12. Communicating directly with clients regarding design issues.
13. Leading complete projects with a proven track record.
14. Working independently with minimal supervision.
15. Proficient in spoken and written English.
16. Having a thorough understanding of system installation and rebuilding processes.
Qualifications:
* Degree-qualified automation engineer with over 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
