EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a leading Global Investment Manager to add a talented Regulatory Reporting candidate to their expanding team. This will ideally suit an ambitious candidate who has aspirations in stepping into a senior leadership role in a 1-2 year period.
Responsibilities:
* Demonstrable experience in interpreting fund structures & investment regulations
* Regulatory horizon mapping in conjunction with the Head of Regulatory Reporting, devising solutions to ensure effective delivery of tailored solutions
* Lead and support the onboarding of third party service providers
* Contribute to the evolving of the target operating model
* Presentation of reporting to Board & ExCo members
Experience:
* Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or similar
* Minimum of 8-10 years experience in Investment Management or Fund Admin
* Strong technical knowledge of fund structures and regulatory reporting (AIFMD, UCITs, KIID & PRIIPS)
* Superior communication and MS Office skills, in particular Excel (SQL advantageous)
