* Providing exceptional quality person-centered care to residents;
rising staff performance through mentorship and coaching; Coordinating appointments with multi-disciplinary teams; Ensuring high-quality care plans are regularly reviewed and updated according to regulations.We prioritize ongoing professional development, so we can maintain excellence within disability services. A suitable candidate should possess a QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or an equivalent qualification from another relevant discipline. Hold minimum level 6 on National Framework of Qualifications hold appropriate health/social management qualifications ; demonstrate robust leadership & problem-solving abilities, team motivation + vision setting/team cohesion.',
