Compensation: €70-75k basic plus bonus, pension, healthcare
Our client, a key leader in its field, is recruiting a Senior Financial Accountant to join them as the Group undergoes a period of exciting transformation, including the continued adoption of tools like AI, Power BI etc. The successful candidate will work closely with the FD and CFO in owning the commercial reporting process and drive transformation in reporting. The business has a well-resourced and high performing finance team with a strong work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial and consolidated reporting across the Group
Own the preparation of monthly management accounts
Ensure timely, accurate delivery of all commercial and financial reporting
Provide financial analysis and support FP&A activities, including variance analysis
Prepare cashflow forecasts and support Group budgeting and forecasting
Drive enhancements to reporting processes
Support local entity administration and the annual audit process
Key Skills
ACA or ACCA qualified with industry PQE
Proven experience in commercial and financial reporting with a strong analytical and commercial mindset
Experience in FP&A is advantageous
Power BI and ERP reporting experience beneficial
