About the Role:

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of our public sector client's area of responsibility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing deadlines, maintaining service levels, and supporting the preparation and issuance of office documentation to the highest possible standard.


Main Responsibilities:

* Administration Management: Ensure the efficient day-to-day administration of the area of responsibility.
* Service Delivery: Manage deadlines and maintain service levels to meet customer expectations.
* Documentation Support: Provide support in the preparation and issuing of office documentation to the highest possible standard.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you may also be involved in:

* Record Keeping: Ensuring that archives and records are accurate and readily available.
* Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality of documentation, records, etc.
* Technology Utilization: Maximizing the use of technology to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
* Communication: Keeping line management informed of issues and communicating with stakeholders.

You will also be expected to promote and maintain a customer-focused environment, treating service users with dignity and respect, and acting on feedback from customers.
