A leading food manufacturer in Ireland is seeking a Deputy Quality Manager to play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standards.

The ideal candidate will lead the QA team and support continuous improvement initiatives across departments, including supporting and maintaining QMS, FSMS, HACCP, and GMP systems.
* Act as site lead during audits and inspections.
* Lead QA team in the absence of the Quality Manager.
* Manage internal audits, non-conformance investigations, and customer complaints.
* Own and manage Pest Control and Cleaning/Hygiene Programs.
* Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and R&D teams.
Requirements:
* Degree in Food Science or related field.
* 5+ years' experience in food manufacturing quality roles.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, food safety legislation, and retailer standards.
* Skilled in audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
