Key Responsibilities:
\

1. Manage online processes end to end
\
2. Manage all KPIs associated with the SME channel
\
3. Identify sales opportunities working with the Floor Manger to identify customers with sales opportunities to grow profitable sales
\
4. Manage and complete all relevant weekly sales reports
\
5. Maintain proactive customer communication and engagement through different channels: mail, digital and face to face
\
6. To ensure the wholesale standards in your area is to a consistently excellence level (merchandising, product availability, HACCP, H&S)
\
7. Engage with all departments to grow sales and customer satisfaction
\
8. Manage Online sales and activities responsible for setting up new online customers, managing temporary accounts.
\
9. Drive Seasonal opportunities- Hampers, Gifting- own all occasions
\
10. Promote and expand our existing offerings and achieve revenue growth by developing new strategic partnerships and innovative products
\
11. Requirements:
\

12. 2 - 3 years knowledge/experience wholesale or retail
\
13. Experience/ knowledge in wholesale industry or in direct retail sales (competitors/ range/ customers)
\
14. Candidate must be fully flexible with working hours
\
15. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
\
16. Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments
\
17. Passion about food and delivering high quality customer experience
\
18. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
\
19. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
\
20. Have a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
\
21. Awareness of key local market trends and competitor activity
\
22. Ability to create solutions that drive results and improve overall performance
\
23. Collaborative and open-minded team player
\
24. Demonstrate an understanding of current market conditions
