Project Engineer
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the commissioning and qualification of a drug substance and drug product manufacturing facility. In this role, you will work as the client representative, providing integrated project engineering services to meet project objectives. You will also support and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects.
Role details:
This is a contract position with an estimated duration of approximately 24 months, starting with an initial 12-month contract.
The role is based on site in Dundalk. Occasional travel may be required to support vendor reviews, so flexibility is expected.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare project-related deliverables, including schedules, work plans, equipment cost tracking
Manage installation / start-up / testing of key equipment systems through OQ completion.
Interface with cross-functional team to ensure systems’ post-OQ (PQ, PPQ) readiness.
Monitor costs and progress of process suite team milestones with all team members and provide status reports to project Tiers and stakeholders.
Liaise with stakeholders, equipment vendors, business partners, and SMEs across other sites within the company’s network as required to support Project.
Coordinate project activities between stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc., or M.Eng).
6+ years of post-academic engineering experience in relevant aseptic/sterile processing design and start-up environment.
Strong communication/presentation/organizational skills
Proven ability to be a team player
