The Role
* Lead the delivery of residential, day service, and respite supports in accordance with organisational standards.
* Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure high-quality services and strategic development initiatives are aligned.
* Facilitate individualised, rights-based, integrated service delivery within the community, upholding the principles of person-centred care.
As a key member of the management team, this role assumes operational responsibility for:
* Residential supports
* Supported living initiatives
* Day service provision
* Respite services
The incumbent also holds responsibilities akin to those of the Director of Nursing, including:
* Supporting senior leadership in achieving strategic objectives through effective collaboration and communication.
* Participating actively as a member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to decision-making processes and corporate governance.
* Ensuring comprehensive compliance and accountability across the organisation.
The successful candidate will possess:
* 10 years of post-registration nursing experience, with a strong emphasis on clinical expertise and leadership.
* 5 years of nursing management experience at a minimum level of Clinical Nurse Manager 2, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven outcomes.
* 3 years of senior strategic leadership experience within a large organisation, with a focus on driving growth and excellence.
* A deep understanding of effective senior management leadership, combined with requisite clinical, managerial, and administrative knowledge and ability.
