In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of big-ticket, cross-border transactions representing blue chip clients located in Ireland as well as globally. You will work closely with our partners and fee earners in Ireland and overseas offices in advising clients on the full range of debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation and structured finance transactions. We are open to hearing from those current practicing in Ireland or those interested in returning to Ireland.
