We're looking for an experienced Guest Service Host to join our outstanding Rapport team in Dublin.
Our client is a rapidly growing, globally recognised American banking and financial services organisation.
This role offers an exciting chance to support a major global-alignment project while delivering an exceptional, hotel-inspired service experience to all key stakeholders.
You'll be joining a collaborative EMEA team of 24 and continuing to expand.
Despite being spread across the region, the team works closely together and is eager to welcome a new member.
In this role, you'll be a vital presence on-site, fostering a positive, engaged workplace community, supporting employee satisfaction, and addressing any day-to-day challenges that arise.

Hours:
40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM to 5.30 PM, with flexibility for overtime as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
Working alongside the team to manage the switchboard at all times.
Being involved in staff events from the social aspect to planning and implementing with the office leadership team.
Booking and supporting all meetings and events, using our own booking and visitor management systems.
Liaising with the catering team regarding all meeting hospitality.
Supporting local office team with ad-hoc administrative duties.
Supporting with access pass control and implementation.
The ideal candidate will
