Job Responsibilities
 * Manage the order-to-shipping process for a dedicated client portfolio, while meeting internal SLAs and KPIs (order entering, fulfilment maximization, seamless delivery process, etc.).
 * Reply to inquiries from internal and external customers on our products and orders (stock availability, expected delivery date, product information, order/shipping status, etc.).
 * Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned portfolio, effectively using all available resources.
 * Anticipate client needs by taking full ownership of your portfolio and a proactive approach to your day‑to‑day.
 * Keep track of all issues related to customers, order and delivery process (pricing issues, product availability, miss‑shipments, etc.).
 * Manage claims & reverse logistic for your client portfolio.
 * Reporting on market activities and trends for an informed decision.
 * Ensure your clientele experiences an order journey that lives up to the luxuriousness of BVLGARI.
Qualifications
 * Fluency in English and Italian (verbal and written) is required.
 * Fluency in Mandarin, Putonghua or Korean is desirable.
 * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
 * Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
 * Previous experience in Order Management, Customer Service or Logistics.
