Role Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Relationship Builder: Build strong, purposeful relationships and support existing customers. Conduct regular business reviews to identify needs and goals. Create growth plans and implement solutions for sustainable growth.
2. Dynamic Communicator: Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure goal alignment. Adapt your communication style to meet diverse customer needs.
3. Commercial Acumen: Drive brand distribution strategies to increase the quality and quantity of customer partnerships within your territory.
4. Data Acumen: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on your territory, including performance metrics, customer contacts, digital engagement, and outlet status.
5. Digital First Mindset: Embrace and utilize digital tools consistently. Engage internally and externally on key initiatives and trends.
