This is a standalone, autonomous position — ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, self-managed environment.Rather than enforcing safety protocols from the top down, this role requires a personable, approachable, and persuasive communicator — someone who can bring people on board, build relationships, and make safety feel relevant, practical, and easy to engage with.Key HighlightsAutonomy: You'll plan your own week — decide which sites to visit and when, and balance time working from home or from one of 10 key regional offices.Blended Working: Enjoy the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week or choose any of the local offices across the Southeast region.Purpose-Driven: You'll play a vital role in supporting services that benefit communities, families, and children.Diverse Portfolio: The sites include administrative hubs, early years inspection offices, and family support centres — predominantly in Waterford & Wexford.What We're Looking ForWe're not looking for someone to "crack the whip."
