Senior Dietitian Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Dietitian to join our Primary Care team in Co. Monaghan.
* Leading the provision of a nutrition and dietetic service to adult clients in the community.
* Developing and implementing holistic, patient-centred care plans.
* Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The successful candidate will have significant adult caseload experience, be CORU-registered and have a strong focus on preventative care, chronic disease management and health promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing individual consultations and group education to patients with various health conditions.
2. Developing and delivering tailored nutrition support plans for weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular health and gastrointestinal conditions.
3. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
