Job Role Overview
The Construction Site Engineer is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of Health and Safety are met during all site operations. They oversee work quality, implement control procedures, and develop strong professional relationships with colleagues and Design Teams.
Key responsibilities include reviewing detailed designs, critiquing and communicating with designers, managing subcontractors and workforce, planning works efficiently, and maintaining accurate site records.
To excel in this role, one requires a third-level degree in Engineering, 2+ years' experience as a civil site engineer, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project. A proactive and driven individual with strong construction expertise is essential.
