We are currently seeking an experienced
HR Business Partner
to join a leading national organisation on a
12-month fixed-term contract
.
This hybrid role is based in
Naas
, with on-site presence required two days per week.
Occasional travel within the
Leinster region
is also required, so access to a car and a full driving licence is essential.
This is an urgent vacancy, with an ideal start date in
mid-to-late August
to ensure a full handover period.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide guidance on employee relations
, performance management, and workforce planning
Act as a POC for
employee queries and escalations
.
Lead and support
HR-related projects
and organisational change initiatives
Build trusted relationships with line managers
and support the implementation of HR strategies
Ensure HR policies and employment legislation are applied
consistently and effectively
Support talent development
, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
Analyse HR data and trends
to inform strategic decisions
Act as Office Manager for the Naas Regional Office
, including key holder responsibilities, alarm callouts, heating system oversight, and coordination with service providers (e.g. lift engineers, cleaners, fire safety contractors).
This element of the role includes an
on-call allowance
Key Requirements
Significant experience in a
HR Business Partner
or senior HR generalist role
Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR practices
Demonstrated ability to lead and support change initiatives
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience managing an office or site operations
, including contractor liaison and key holder duties, is highly desirable
Full, clean driving licence and access to a car (essential due to regional travel)
