Senior Occupational Therapist We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Primary Care Team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, community-based service supporting adults with a wide range of physical, functional, and environmental needs. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Occupational Therapist: Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and evidence-based interventions to adult clients within the community. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Support clients in developing and maintaining functional independence across daily living activities. Contribute to service improvement, clinical governance, and the development of best-practice standards. Supervise and support junior staff and students as required. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in case conferences and team meetings. Requirements for the Senior Occupational Therapist: Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy. CORU registration. A minimum of three years post-qualification experience, ideally with experience in primary care, adult disability, medical, or community settings. Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Experience providing supervision is an advantage.
