Role OverviewWe’re seeking a skilled Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions engineer to provide expert technical support, contribute with a team of highly engaged customer focused engineers, and manage cloud and on-premises IT projects. You’ll collaborate with customers, resolve technical issues, ensure successful deployments, and drive continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical support for on-site and remote customer needs.Mentor engineers and ensure high standards of technical delivery.Manage and resolve escalated technical issues.Oversee medium to large-scale IT projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Maintain clear communication with customers and management.Build strong relationships with vendors and service providers.Required Skills & KnowledgeExpertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Virtualisation, Networking, and Security.Experience with Hybrid IT Solutions (Cloud and On-Prem).Proficiency in Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, SQL Server.Strong knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, and backup solutions.Essential Requirements10+ years of relevant experience.Relevant third-level degree or equivalent.Full clean driver’s license
