The Role
We are seeking a versatile and creative Senior Content Marketing Writer to deliver high-quality, audience-focused content that supports our brand and marketing priorities. Reporting to the Head of Content as part of the corporate brand and marketing team, this role focuses on writing, refining, and executing high-quality content across multiple formats. You’ll take messaging direction from marketing leaders and translate it into impactful assets that engage enterprise IT audiences, support demand generation, and strengthen partner initiatives.
What You’ll Do
* Content creation: Write high-quality editorial and marketing copy across a variety of formats including blogs, e-books, white papers, case studies, contributed articles, webinars, email campaigns, and social media posts.
* Cross‑functional marketing support: Translate messaging into impactful content for sales/partner sales and demand generation, developing assets such as datasheets, campaign copy, email nurtures, presentations, and partner‑focused materials.
* Collaboration with design & SEO: Deliver clean copy for designers to use in creative assets and partner with our SEO resource to optimise editorial content for search visibility.
* Research & thought leadership: Conduct background research using online sources, interviews, and third‑party studies to strengthen content with data and insights.
* Editorial planning: Support the editorial calendar by ensuring content is aligned with marketing priorities, delivered on schedule, and ready for publishing.
* Project ownership: Manage content projects end‑to‑end — from research, drafting, and editing through stakeholder feedback and final delivery — ensuring quality and consistency across all outputs.
* Continuous improvement: Refine copy strategies based on results, feedback, and market trends to maximise content performance and impact.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
* 7+ years of professional writing experience across marketing and editorial formats for B2B technology or enterprise audiences.
* Proven ability to tailor content for senior decision‑makers and influencers; familiarity with IT, procurement, and software asset management audiences is a strong plus.
* Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product marketing, demand generation, and channel teams.
* Diverse portfolio demonstrating versatility across editorial and marketing formats.
* Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills, with command of U.S. English and AP Style.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
