We are seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our client's friendly property management services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring their team operates smoothly and efficiently. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, from performing routine maintenance checks to addressing more complex repair issues.
What's on Offer:
* €35,000 - €42,000 depending on experience
Your new role includes:
* Conducting regular maintenance checks on facilities to ensure proper operation
* Performing minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
* Responding quickly to maintenance requests and prioritising tasks effectively
* Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
* Assisting with the setup and takedown of events and meetings
Experience you need:
* Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
* Willingness to work flexible hours when required
