Role:
This role involves the undertaking of Enhanced and Standard Background Checks for Ireland's largest aviation carriers in line with EU Regulation ********, the clarification, harmonisation, and simplification as well as strengthening of certain specific aviation security measures and Security Guidance Material Chapter 11: Staff Recruitment and Training.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conducting in accordance with EU Reg ******** and Chapter 11, Enhanced Background Checks for flight and cabin crew.
Submission of Enhanced Background Check files for non-resident crew to the IAA, Technical Panel and AvSec for review and sign off.
Consultation with AOC's and IAA/AvSec re submission files.
Submission of Enhanced Background Check files for Irish resident crew to the CPO.
Compliance with EU regulation and Chapter 11 NASCP of annual requirements.
Maintaining integrity, discipline, and confidentiality as per company policies.
You will be thorough when completing tasks, meticulous with your approach, obsessive about the detail and accuracy of data, focused on quality and inspired by completing tasks accurately.
Ability to work with high volume, quick turnaround projects.
Ensuring all background checks are carried out as per client requirements and in accordance with EU regulations.
Excellent people skills with proven confidence to establish and maintain strong working relationships and networks.
Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for this role.
Ability to work independently using your own initiative and as an effective team member.
Recognised/working towards a qualification in Business/HR / Computer Science.
Flexible, multitasker able to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude.
Full-time hybrid working role, based in our offices in Baldoyle, Dublin 13.
