Chief Product & Technology Officer | SaaS | Ireland (1/2 days in office)
We’re supporting a high-growth Irish SaaS business in the search for a Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to help lead the next phase of scale.
This is a profitable, well-funded scale‑up backed by private capital, with a clear growth plan.
The CPTO will take ownership of product strategy, technology direction and AI innovation, working closely with the founder, CEO and senior leadership team. You’ll play a central role in shaping the product roadmap and scaling the platform as the business expands internationally.
Key aspects of the role include:
Leading product and engineering across distributed teams in Ireland, Ukraine and Pakistan
Driving the roadmap for AI‑driven tools and automation within the platform
Supporting growth across three core segments.
Partnering with a newly strengthened leadership team including CRO and AI leadership
This is a hands‑on leadership role in a scaling environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys building, prioritising and navigating the complexity that comes with rapid growth.
