Implement HR strategies and procedures. Oversee the management of HR team. Facilitate coaching and development for managers to improve staff management skills Dealing with day-to-day HR queries from employees & management in a timely and professional manner. Support to management when dealing with disciplinaries & grievances. Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues Manage all aspects of site recruitment and staff pay and benefits Support training and development initiatives for site staff and the HR team Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality regulations Essential Criteria for the role: Minimum 3 years HR management experience Have attained CIPD level 5 qualification Experience in leading a team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
