Breakfast Chef Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team in a prestigious 4-star hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to take ownership of the breakfast service and deliver exceptional standards to our guests.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Preparation and cooking of high-quality breakfast dishes to consistently excellent standards.
* Ensuring efficient service and smooth kitchen operations during breakfast hours.
* Maintenance of the highest levels of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
* Assistance with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organization.
* Close collaboration with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to support overall F&B operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar chef role within a hotel or restaurant environment.
* A passion for fresh, high-quality food and a strong eye for detail.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
* A positive attitude and team-focused approach.
