Job Description:
The Ballymascanlon Hotel and Golf Resort seeks a skilled culinary team member to join its esteemed kitchen team. As a key player in the hotel's culinary operations, this role will require you to work collaboratively with the head chef, sous chefs, and other culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef and sous chefs in managing the kitchen, ensuring that all food orders are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and timeliness. This may involve supervising junior staff members, preparing and garnishing dishes, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

Portion Control and Plate Presentation: The ability to follow recipes, portion control, and plate food at a consistent standard is essential. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering visually appealing dishes.
