**Job Summary:**
The Quality and Clinical Governance Director will play a pivotal role in promoting quality and patient safety initiatives within our organization. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong clinical expertise, with a proven track record of implementing quality improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across various healthcare disciplines
* To work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with national and international standards
* To manage and supervise staff assigned to their department
Eligibility Criteria:
* A professional qualification and registration in a Health-related area such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or other Health & Social Care Profession roles
* Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a healthcare environment
* Relevant experience working with regulators e.g. HIQA, MHC and knowledge of other relevant regulatory standards
