This is a fast-paced, office-based role responsible for coordinating service activities, managing schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule service calls and appointments efficiently Coordinate daily service activities to ensure timely delivery Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling queries via phone and email Manage client requests, including visit scheduling and follow-ups Maintain accurate records and ensure all service data is up to date Essential Requirements Previous experience in planning or scheduling roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Strong communication skills with fluent English Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Desirable Skills Knowledge of Irish geography Experience in a similar service coordination role How to Apply If you are organised, proactive, and thrive in a busy environment, we would love to hear from you.
