Responsibilities
* Assist the account manager in the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of global companies.
* Perform administration and services pursuant to administration agreements for hedge funds.
* Calculate and report fund NAVs, liaise with clients regarding trade issues and corporate actions.
* Manage daily reconciliation of all cash and positions with custodians, prime brokers, and counterparties.
* Verify fee accruals accurately in the accounting system according to the PPM and fee budget; monitor expense budgets.
* Calculate performance and incentive fees in NAVs and oversee their payments.
* Analyze changes in fund values relative to market fluctuations.
* Assist with onboarding new business in collaboration with the account manager.
* Communicate with clients and auditors regarding fund-specific queries.
* Ensure funds comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Support the preparation of financial statements and audits.
* Assist team members with daily operational activities.
* Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance capabilities.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental procedures.
* Follow established fund accounting procedures and controls.
* Meet reporting deadlines for clients, investors, and regulators.
Qualifications
* Degree in finance, accounting, or business.
* Over 4 years of experience in fund accounting or investment fund audit.
* Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CFA (preferred).
* Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
