IATI Technician Part Time
A construction company is seeking an Accounts Technician (IATI) to join their growing team.
This role is on an initial part time basis.
Responsibilities:
* Posting of all Supplier and Customer Invoices.
* Balance debtors/creditors listing each month.
* Responsible for VAT returns and year end accounts preparation for Accountant.
* RCT monthly returns.
* Provide Accountant with monthly payroll information.
* Prepare supplier payments for authorisation.
* Monthly bank/visa reconciliation and analysis of accounts and variances.
* Prepare monthly financial reports and correspondence for internal or external review.
* Contribute to and/or complete special projects as assigned.
Skills:
* 3-5 years' working experience preferably in the Construction Industry.
* Strong communications skills, over the phone and via email.
* Accounting Technician qualification is essential.
* IT Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
* Proficient with Accounts Software Quickbooks
Location South City Dublin
Hours to suit – 3 day week preferably 8am to 4pm
Salary Negotiable
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €25.00-€30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
