Contracts Manager – MEICA / Water & Wastewater (West of Ireland)A Contracts Manager is required to join a leading utilities company to lead the delivery of MEICA contracts across the West of Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well‑established utilities contractor working on water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the region.The successful Contracts Manager will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of multiple contracts, managing project teams, coordinating site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with trainorials and client requirements.Duties: FamiliarityLead the delivery of MEICA contracts across the West of IrelandManage all aspects of water and wastewater pumping and treatment installations with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical and ICA worksReview tender submissions and develop comprehensive delivery plans following contract awardAssign newly awarded contracts to appropriate Project Managers and support a smooth transition from tendering to deliveryTake the lead on contract design, identifying innovative solutions and opportunities for off‑site manufactureMentor and lead engineers and project teams in the delivery of new and existing contractsOversee commercial matters during contract delivery, including procurement, subcontract negotiation and client commercial interfacesMonitor project programmes across multiple contracts and coordinate regular contract review meetingsEnsure monthly invoicing targets are achieved and project financial performance is maintainedLiaise and coordinate works with clients and key stakeholdersManage site labour including subcontractors and ensure adequate resources are in placeEnsure projects are completed safely, on time and within budgetReview engineering reports, method statements and commissioning schedulesEnsure procedures are in place to facilitate the safe delivery of contractsManage and update monthly project trackersContribute to overall contracts growth and business development strategyAttend regular meetings with the MEICA Contracts Leadership TeamRequirements:Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within the water and wastewater or utilities sectorStrong background in MEICA delivery, with Einzahlung managing mechanical and electrical worksDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyStrong commercial awareness with experience managing subcontractors and client interfaces কর্éikations skillsExcellent organisational, leadership and communication skillsProficiency in PC skills and project management systemsStrong commitment to health and safety standardsSalary & Benefits:€110k-€120k depending on experienceComprehensive benefits packageIf you are an experienced Contracts Manager seeking a challengingigre role within a leading MEICA contractor, please send your CV or contact Amy Maguire for a confidential discussion.
