We are looking for an experienced Equipment/Materials Project Manager - Infrastructure to join our esteemed client in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of clinical and non-clinical equipping services. You will play a key role in providing expert advice and ensuring a fully integrated sourcing and logistics service within major infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Main responsibilities will include: Establish procurement frameworks and finalize the equipping budget for the Final Business Case. Identify and manage long-lead procurement items to mitigate project risks. Oversee the sourcing, procurement, and commissioning of equipment and materials. Ensure compliance with Irish public procurement policies and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to align project needs. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards for equipment procurement. Provide expert advice on equipping strategies and logistics integration. Support contract negotiations and vendor management for optimal procurement solutions. Qualifications Experience & Skills: Bachelor's degree in related discipline. Experience in managing the procurement and commissioning on project(s) of similar scale & complexity. Proven experience managing procurement and commissioning for large-scale projects. Strong understanding of Irish public procurement processes and policies. Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
